Sort of. But I think one life becomes intelligent, he gets more involved. I think we(Intelligent life forming independent from him) is what he is striving for. Once life reaches that point, he becomes very interested in us (Intelligent life).

That is why God coming to Earth in our form (Jesus) makes a lot of sense to me. He did such a thing to not only experience what it is like to be human, but also to connect with us. If I was in his shoes, I would want to do the same thing. I imagine he does this on alien worlds. Imagine we find an alien race that has its own alien Jesus.

Now he has us… he has intelligent life. For those of us who believe in him, he takes us to his realm (I believe Heaven is another physical place that exist outside our Universe. This place has its own matter that follows its own physical laws. Call it another dimension, another universe or whatever, but if you accept that God created this universe, then logically he existed in a place outside our universe). One way he could do this is, using an atomic map of our bodies (just a map of where every atom is in our body) recreate us using matter in his realm(Universe).
