Waaaay too slow.
Once you've seen a bright blip really move out and change direction at right angles that's visible at high noon...then these things just look like slow moving things drifting with the wind, catching evening sunlight.
When you see a ufo that behaves intelligent, mechanical in nature and defies the known laws of physics - believe me - you can't mistake it for anything else.
