First its hard to tell anything from that video...

second, this took place just minutes after the local sunset (I looked it up)- notice the clouds are still visible...

objects, such as mylar balloons released at a party, at great altitude will be illuminated after sunset...

certainly nothing rules this out as balloons....

what makes more sense- balloons from a party, or aliens buzzing the countryside for no apparent reason
