Ugh, pretty disgusting thought knowing where their marriage went.
I think that birth on this planet is a the physical outcome of a natural process. I firmly believe that "life" probably only exists the last few weeks of pregnancy, that includes consciousness and emotion. If our society only allowed births to married couples or financially secure individuals, it might change our futures.
And I agree that the the whole concept of right-wing anti-abortionists (there's the "ists" again) is mostly a hypocrisy they can stand behind their religion with. SOME are happily married couples with many kids, and I can understand their stance; however they block out the hundreds of thousands of unwanted births. They need to work in some of those soup kitchens, or invite those unloved, unwanted kids into their homes to show them the love they missed because their mothers didn't love them enough to raise them properly. Or couldn't because of their social economic status.
I find THEIR plight unbearable.
In these cases, abortion would have saved them a life of pain.
