So do you or do you not, then, want to ban abortions? If you don't, then there is no discussion to be had- you go on believing whatever nuttery you want to.

If you DO, then indeed you are arguing two sides of the point, having it both ways, etc. You are saying that to respect your right to your POV, I have to let you legislate against mine.

So, which is it? If you want to be a zealot, then at least be an honest one.
