re: It is human and it is alive.

"It has human DNA. I would say that makes it human. And it is certainly alive."

A culture of cells has human DNA and is alive. Therefore is it a Human Life? A body in a deep coma has Human DNA and is alive, is that a Human Life? A Baby who is born without a brain has Human DNA and is alive- is that a Human Life?

This is silly. You know its silly. You have to add something to the definition to get a reasonable notion of a 'human life'.

"And your POV supports a law that lets people terminate that life."

That life, it is not a 'human life' in the moral and ethical sense, has no more significance than any other 'life'. Its exactly as silly as if I insist that mice are of the same moral equivalence of humans and seek to pass laws by which you can't kill mice. Personally, I believe a fetus is more morally significant than just about anything short of a living breathing human... But thats my emotional and non rational belief. Since I can find nor present no good argument to support myself, I will leave it to others to decide what they think.

My POV thinks you are the one who is forcing others to live by your rules.

Then you are as crazy, and as wrong, as your arguments.

We have different POV on this. I can accept that, but you can’t. You think yours is the only right one and should be forced on others.

Then answer me this: whose point of views requires the enactment of laws that prevent others from doing what they choose?
