obviously the older two are your stepchildren?
That's gotta be tough.
I remember washing my son's mouth out with soap when he was about 7 or 8 and he never swore after that. Just once when he was 15, he told me to f-off and after the initial shock and a few tears a few hours later, I called him on the carpet about his behaviour and attitude the next day. When he realized the damage and how badly he's hurt my feelings, he was very apologetic and sorrowful. He FELT my disgrace, and has been the most amazing, loving son since. (At 15, most kids think they know it all, and he was under a lot of stress at that time).
I say......... hold the reins tight, never back down and never let go (for long). They always come back in line.
Tough love.
Never give up on them, let them KNOW you'll always be there for them, but allow them to flounder and be responsible for their mistakes. They'll learn soon enough. I havw great kids. 24 and 23 now respectively.
Wait until their teen years, are you ever in for a treat!
