Petraeus brought a new, previously unpublished set of statistics to light in the last few days. He refuses to be specific about how the numbers were made. Unlike for instance, the AP numbers where the methodology is published.

I did not say the numbers came from nowhere as you assert. How can you so badly distort one single simple sentence?
