I started to realize there are numerous different angles at which to look at the Rubio tax plan. It's not a simple as saying who's income will go up or down by what percentage.

I wanted to do some more reading before posting. Now that I know you are one to pull things out of the trash bin, I will be more tidy and complete next time.
