I thought you'd at least mention the acronym "VPN" or anything more sophisticated than just blundering around shady web sites until your computer's hacked. Trust somebody who cut the cord years ago when I tell you that there's no legal or safe way to view CNBC without paying for it.
I too saw the search result for a supposed YouTube live stream of the CNBC debate, but I at least checked it out to verify that it's bogus, nothing but a "channel" of clips from past debates.
