First, that says nothing about the global temperature, it says something about the precipitation in Antartica.
You offer this data from NASA as some sort of vindication of your beliefs, and then go on to imply that NASA (and other government) scientists have slanted the data in support of AGW. So THIS data they took, that you erroneously believe supports your narrative, is GOOD... ?
but the data showing decreasing antartic sea ice is propaganda:
http://climate.nasa.gov/news/2350/
and the data showing dramatic global melting of the glaciers is obviously a Liberal hoax:
http://climate.nasa.gov/climate_resources/4/
And the increasing global temperature is just falsified data:
http://www.nasa.gov/topics/earth/features/temp-analysis-2009.html
and the data on the arctic ice extent cant be trusted either?:
http://www.skepticalscience.com/arctic-sea-ice-recovers-to-6th-lowest-extent-in-millennia.html
The conspiracy that you allege would be vast... the ease with which you slander countless scientists puts you directly on par with those that claim the moon landing was a hoax.
Your claims that the money goes to those that push the Global warming claims is bizzare and shows a severe disconnect from reality.
NASA's entire budget is around 20 billion, a small percentage of this goes to climate science.
Exxon has a yearly PROFIT of ~40 billion (sometimes more sometimes less)

Again, your claim is as ludicrous as it is slanderous.
Every scientific organization of national or international standing accepts the fact that AGW is a reality.
Exxon's own researchers understood this decades ago yet Exxon went on to fund organizations that lied about the science and attacked the scientists.
The scientists at government agencies that you claim are politically corrupted have been saying the same thing for a long time now- even under the Bush administration when political pressure WAS exerted to get them to stay silent.
Your claims are an insult to scientists that do their jobs and report the data they collect.
The straws that you grasp at for support demonstrate only how for you will go to avoid admitting the fact that you were completely, unequivocally, and tragically WRONG.

How does that support your claim?
