I just learned something (the part about Adam) so thanks for the post.

I'm not as familiar as I'd like to be with Mormonisn. A drug rep who used to call on our office (when I worked for an MD researcher) was a Mormon and he and I became friends. I wish I'd had more time with him to explore his religion. I'm not looking for one; I just want to understand them all because I believe that no religion is wrong and none are 100% right but if you piece them all together, you can come up with something that is close to the truth, if not the actual truth.

I know the Prophets all knew of Christ; I had never considered them to be Christians, though. They were Jews who knew what was coming. I used to wear a Star of David a lot. My boss was Jewish. He asked me once if I were Jewish. My answer to that was, "What Christ was, so am I." I still think we lose some of what we are by ignoring the Jewish part of the Christian heritage.
