Then you're an idiot and I refuse to elaborate further

(Except here I am elaborating. Go figure.)

C'mon, Rob, that's a really lame response. You don't get to drop a turd then refuse to discuss it.

Especially when the turd consists of vehemently denying the facts coming out of the investigation so far. ISIS was caught totally off guard. Their comments, once they picked their jaws up off the floor, were full of praise, but they have not taken credit. As far as ISIS is concerned Farook and Malik were an unexpected gift.

Rob, think about how anomalous this incident has been. ISIS took credit for the Paris attacks immediately. Those attacks were the result of long planning and preparation, including the need to smuggle weapons into the target country. There reportedly were the usual missed signs that might've stopped the attack.

Even more importantly, the attack in SB made no sense. Every genuine Islamist attack has conveyed a message of criticism. Paris was about the West's decadence: hit cafes and rock concerts. 9/11 symbolically attacked America's financial, military, and political power centers (it was not an attack on the American people, Bush's fearmongering to the contrary).

What message could ISIS have been trying to convey in San Bernardino? That it's sinful to take care of the developmentally disabled? WTF? Helping the handicapped and least fortunate is one of the most Koranish (parallel "biblical") things going on in America. It's one of the last things a Muslim would find objectionable.

No, Rob, sorry, I don't buy the ISIS threat. You've been infected by an irrational fear of Muslims, pure and simple.
