Here's the essence of your rambling rant:

It's not that those socialist nations have raced out and completely rewired their nations already - hardly! It's that SO FEW people are online in those countries, and their costs are so high, that the one's that are online and pay the exorbitant fees, usually have high speed access.

Let's go through the pretty pictures once more, Techie, and let's see if you can see where you went so tragically wrong.
