Since (according to the writer's sources) Israel attacked first unprovoked on November 4. I'll give you that and say Israel did not hold the moral high ground in that incident.
By the same reasoning the Palestinians do not hold the moral high ground every time they launch an unprovoked attack on Israel, RIGHT?????????
