I said 250 plants, not 500

250 plants with two reactors each. And of course the government would pay to build them, it's called basic infrastructure. Powerplants are no different than interstates, bridges, damns, tunnels, or anyother piece of vital infrastructure. It's a legitimate function of government, unlike many of the things they currently pay for.

Nuclear or coal...which do you prefer?
