500 reactors would be one on every block?

This isn't Cuba...it's a little bit bigger than that. It's either nuclear power or coal...which would you prefer?

By removing coal as a source of fuel for electrical power, it would be freed up to be used as fuel for transportation from coal gasification plants. Energy security and independence, isn't that what our top priorities should be?
