How can an you (a supposedly intellegent and thoughtful guy) conflate providing something with cutting off funds for something else? I expect that from the crazies like "Baroke" and crazy enablers like Grassley and Newt. Why do you do it?
The passage freaking exists. It is being deliberately misused to confuse people. End of life counseling is a damn fine thing to cover. It is a crying shame that you guys will force its removal from the bill. You will probably turn around after enactment and blame the "government controlled medicine" for not covering end of life counseling.
