who benefits from staying the course, and driving costs up and up and up...until our nation's GDP is consumed by healthcare costs and we're driven to bankruptcy?
who's getting filthy rich while billions are wasted on unnecessary procedures and operations, gross inefficiencies, outdated systems and needless complexity, a general lack of standardization, mountains of bureaucracy...?
and in whose financial interest is it to instigate these phony "grass-roots" protests against any meaningful healthcare reform, to shout down and stifle rational debate and dialogue at town hall meetings, to spread wild and false rumors, and to attempt to scare everybody into maintaining the status quo? And which political party supports these financial interests??
