There's no "force" here. I still have choices. So far.
One way or another, the healthy and well-off end up helping to pay for those who aren't. I don't see this as automatically leading to the conclusion that the ideal way to organize this is to put it all under the control of a single, centralized political authority with the power of legal compulsion.
