The way his company does things was one example of the many, many choices people should have when they work a health care issue. It might not suit every employer. Note that "one size fits all" is what we're having pushed on us.
The point was the list of recommendations. The idea is to eventually wean people off employer insurance and onto individually-owned or group policies that are not tied to a location or workplace, and keep the insurance choices many and competitive.
