Despite what I said in part 1, let's go with your hypothesis and see where that leads...

Assuming the videos and pentagon reported behaviors are real, and accurate, and these are actual physical objects- what does that imply?

1) The objects exhibit hyper-sonic speed and maneuverability with no signs of propulsion or control surfaces
2)They are able to undergo accelerations that would certainly turn any human into jelly, and would probably push or exceed the limits of human engineering for the structure to survive.
3) They would have to have an IMMENSELY powerful and compact power source.

Points 1 and 2 imply negation of gravity and inertia- something that we certainly have no clue how to do in the unclassified world- it would mean an entire new branch of physics had been developed in secrecy, as well as the engineering know-how to exploit it.

Point 3 would imply that a power source that could rid humanity of many of the problems and threats that plague us had been developed in total secrecy and was being used to freak out pilots.

We then would have to believe the small army of scientists, engineers, technicians and support personnel have done all this in total secrecy, not a one of them going public with this world-changing, world-saving knowledge. All of them knowing that when the secret is finally revealed they will be hated for keeping it from humanity so long.

Claiming that the moon landing was a hoax is more believable than this conspiracy...

And we would have to accept that despite this monumental secrecy, they test drive this technology in full view of numerous witnesses with some of the most sophisticated sensors in existence.

Keep in mind that all this would have to have been going on in secret many decades- no leaks, no deathbed confessions... and in all that time scientists in the unclassified world never stumbled across this new physics... and there are FAR more scientists in the unclassified world than there are in the classified world...

All this and more is why I am saying that IF THESE PHENOMENON ARE REAL, AND THE PRODUCT OF REAL PHYSICAL OBJECTS then they are not the result of human technology.

Below, in response to your other post, I will explain how I might, if given unlimited resources, be able to approximate the phenomenon supposedly recorded on those videos- using (mostly) known physics, and engineering well beyond the known state of the art... but it still wouldn't match all the details.
