I was being facetious, hence the title of my post. What I find disturbing is that this nonsense, like the birthers, and the Muslim Obama gang, and all the rest of the phony charges against Obama and his policies, are not being challenged by conservatives who know perfectly well they are nonsense, because they don't want to alienate the knuckle-dragging white trash yahoos who are clearing their minefields for them. There are valid objections to Obama's policies (hell, I've got a few of my own!) but the failure of moderate Republicans to criticize the crazies on their side makes it very difficult for moderate Democrats to take anything any Republicans say seriously.

The right should beware, they are looking the other way and letting the Limbaughs and Becks and Palins take over their party. These people are the right wing equivalent of ELF and PETA, and one day they will turn on you.
