Again, almost half of Americans pay nothing for all the discretionary-funded Federal government services they get. Nothing.
You can roll that around as much as you like, but that's the number. And you can bet that if we get a couple trillion dollar single-payer system, a lot of Americans won't be paying for that either.
It will all come from bad people that nobody likes.
