The averages on that graph are 49.2 approve, and 44.5 disapprove. Take Rasmussen out of the mix, and it's 49.5 approve, 43.2 disapprove. Not a huge difference. Where the averages get skewed is that Rasmussen seems to have few people in the "other" category compared to others (add the "approved" and "disapproved" numbers to see how close to 100 they get.)
