Like Bill Clinton, Tim Eyman only came clean after he was caught. I have never really cared for the guy anyway. He made his name with Initiative 695 which was found uncostitutional in the end. The vehicle excise tax was unfair, but his method of getting rid of it really stunk.
I live in podunk, Idaho, but work in Spokane Washington, and have lived in Washington most of my life.
