The solution is to invade and overthrow Saddam Hussein
He's up to his eyeballs in terrorism, investing domestically in all kinds of chemical, biological, and nuclear programs, and getting rid of him would be justified, and a wise move for the safety of American citizens in the future.
Unfortunately, the 'moderate' Arab states wouldn't let us do it in 1991, and would oppose any move by us to do it now.
The question is, do we value the lives of our citizens enough to temporarily disregard Iraq's national sovereignty, and the objections of our lukewarm Arab allies in the region?
We'll have to address the matter right after we wipe out the Taliban and Osama Bin Laden.
