One thing is to consieder that Texas soesn't even use an electric chair

This electric chair is just a bunch of crap being thrown around. As far as I know, Texas only uses lethal injections.

These people would accuse the U.S. of Crimes against humanity no matter what. So why should we even consider their pityful arguments when formulating a foreign policy.
