>"you can't blame Americans for other's view of them.
I thank God every day that I have been "spoiled" by the American Experience. If you are an American, I hope you do the same."
I DO love this country, and the freedom she once promised us..
Now we have to live in fear, and we can look around and see where we have gone wrong.
Criticism of the countries policy, is only that.....criticism.
It is not being un-American.
Throughout history, cultures have warred with each other, raping and pillaging for control of land, trade routes, wealth and power.
What started off as many different cultures in small areas of the world, has blossomed into our worst nightmares, through warfare and advanced technological weapons of mass destruction and horror.
If we are smart, we should look at our past mistakes and wonder how we can be the the Example to the world, through coalitions and peace-keeping.
Selling last years version of killer weapons to an enemy now allied to us for the convenience of overthrowing (or, pardon the pun..."stabilizing") another government, is an insane policy that is coming back to bite us really hard in the ass.
