Options
<Hunkering down inside our borders is one extreme, waging war on Iraq to effect regime change is another. Between these two widely separated extremes lie a wide range of options surely within the imaginative grasp of most reasonable persons.
Name one.
Saddam is not leaving short of being pried out at gunpoint. And as long as he is there, he will do what it takes to realize his dream of ruling the entire Muslim world and acquiring the military force required to do so.
Again, why is everyone defending this son of a bitch?
