How can one's "Humanity" be compromised?
Humanity is nothing more than the state of being Human. The last time I checked, having 23 pairs of chromosomes and belonging to the species Homo sapien sapien is all that it takes to qualify. All of this talk of some mystical supernatural quality to being Human is complete nonsense.
We are the product of 3+ billion years of evolution, and the driving force behind evolution is survival. And like species, societies must fight to ensure their survival. I believe that this is a clash between two opposing civilizations vying for the future of this planet, and only one will survive. Will it be our progressive technological civilization or their primitive barbarism?
