Technically the shooting already started some time ago
The war is on - forces have hit the ground all over Iraq and their lives are in jeopardy as we speak.
They are aware of the protests, and all of them know the dangers. We may have already incurred casualties as well.
They are truly the new marines - and like those who laid there lives down to secure the beaches at Normandy to free France, these soldiers have an equally noble task against an even greater madman.
May their headsets never get interference and may their flak vests remain intact.
