I'm pretty sure there was a report last week that the Bush administration admitted they underestimated the dificulties in post-war Iraq. I haven't been following the news closely over the last week or two so I may have confused the commentary. I agree completely with Kinsley that they did so, but he seems to stretch the point in a rather typical fashion.
