Spiritual beliefs should not be considered nonsense. Nor should patriotism. Nor morals. Nor ethics. Nor any other intangible that people feel strongly about.

And particularly, Lindy should not be challanged more strenuously than any Christian on this board. Her beliefs, whether you agree or no, are as valid and as deserving of respect.
