Yeah, yeah, yeah. We need gods or now aliens to save us. We, humankind, didn't ever accomplish anything (e.g. the pyramids) and we cannot be trusted to save ourselves. Mysterious forces we the unwashed (except for the few special ones who have insight) don't understand will intervene somehow. Note somehow. Don't want to be specific.

Utter balderdash just like the numerous other prediction of years past that aliens would reveal themselves and intervene 'real soon now'. Worse than a Microsoft software release date prediction. But then, how could I have been foolish enough to expect otherwise?
