Didn't anyone at Newsweek have the brains to question this?
Unless you're talking about a small book, it'd be very hard to flush one down a toilet. From what I've seen, the Koran isn't a small book.
One thing anyone needs when reading stuff online (or in the MSM) is a bullshit detector. Apparently, no one at Newsweek has one. No one had the brains to ask, "How the hell could they do that?"
Newsweek lied. People died.
And nothing will happen to them. Of course, when someone in the government (especially the intelligence agencies) makes a mistake, the MSM screams for accountablility. They're not so strangely silent when it comes to their own accountability, or lack thereof.
