Religion is the real culprit here. Isikoff and his ilk are children with a need for attention and psychological issues. Religion, however, is the snake that spurs violence among its more ignorant practitioners.

Can you imagine getting your astronomy lessons from a 1500 year old science book?

Now imagine the billions of grown men and women who get their lessons on morality and lifestyles from 1500 year old books.

The pathos is of epic proportions.
