That we have the most troops in Iraq is obvious. That we would have the most troops in a war signed, sealed, and officially certified by the U.N. is equally obvious. We also have more troops in Afghanistan. If the U.N. went into Sudan in a big way, odds are most of the troops and equipment would be American.
