Let's use our common sense here:
A totalitarian islamic dictatorship is kidnapping, torturing and murdering any political and social dissident on a daily routine. You don't need to be a rocket professor to get murdered by this regime, many ordinary Iranians suffer daily repression by mullahs.
Now a powerfull force with no any adversary is attacking the very same regime and this is causing chaos and is giving the people a chance to free themselves from the tyranny.
Who in his right mind will even think that mullahs will stay on power after American invasion?
Nationalism, indeed is a great power, but that's when Iranians are convienced that America is attacking Iranian people, which in no means can be true, and Iranians are not as blind as Iraqis. So all on all, I say no, there is not even a little possibilitiy that Iranians gather around their own murderers.
Of course, this can not hold mullahs from staging 'anti-US' demonstrations on early days but that about it, as soon as people realize America is standing firm to take down mullahs, they are not stupid, they will not leave this chance go and support their own murderers.
Unless, I am crazy.
