I should know this stuff but have to admit that I don't know how to track this.

Our Iranian student's IP number is: 148.244.150.58

The commands "dig", "host" and "nslookup" reveal that this IP is associated with "http://www.alestra.net.mx"; which is a Mexican ISP.

R.L. how did you know this was an anonymous proxy server?
