Sorry if you thought I misread you because of some ambiguity on your part. You were in fact quite clear (re NATO) and I wasn't deliberately misunderstanding or misrepresenting you. I was talking generally about the nature of "agreements and commitments" and referring back to Iran's little shell game with genuine EU negotiators.
