"Agreements and commitments" - only possible if the other party is genuine
As we (should) know, the Iranian mullahs are making a mockery of the EU, IAEA, etc. who are trying to persuade Iran to agree and commit to incentives to abandon their nuclear programme.
Iran is just playing for time. They are stalling. They are not acting in good faith. Mary Anne, you must know this. Why should Iran be trusted when delaying tactics are used again and again?
If negotations keep failing, and use of force is a big no-no, what is the alternative? Let the Iranians get the bomb? Stage a "nuke buy-back" from the nuclear thorn in the Middle East's side, Israel? What?
