re: Mohammed had a heat stroke while herding camels.

Naturally the folks who first heard his rip off knew it for what it was and violently expelled him.

Actually, the folks who first heard his "rip off" were making a lot of money in the god business -- there were a couple of hundred being played off each other in Mecca at the time -- and this One God stuff threatened to cut into their profit margins. Also, Mohammed discouraged blood feuds as a method of settling arguments, which cut into the protection rackets.

But cuircumstance and fate conspired to empower Mohammed and stifle creativity and scientific though in the region for the next millennia.

Ah, yes. That would be why the Arabs in the several hundred years after Mohammed preserved and expanded the scientific heritage of the Greeks and the engineering achievements of the Romans: because they were stifled. (Meanwhile, back in Europe, our ancestors were busy burning heretics at the stake.) Not to mention Akbar the Magnificent in India and the achievements of the Mogol dynasty before the British Raj arrived.

Either no one taught you any history or this is another of your exercises in fiction.
