I've printed it out and I'll read it on the plane tommorrow.
But I wonder aloud, before I read it, wouldn't this imply that the military should have gone into Iraq with twice as much as it did? None of this lean and mean business, but more of a Powell doctrine?
Of course those who've read the New American Century already know what this is all about.
