I don't know about ruthless. At this point, I'd settle for "less suicidal."

I've been watching this conflict since 9/11, and I knew we were in trouble when people out there started bitching about the flags being shown.

First Law of the Left: In any political or military conflict between America and any other nation, the Left will take the other side.

In all the years I've watched foreign policy, I have never seen an exception to this.
