Will it? There are over 100 distinct terrorist groups in Iraq. Zarqawi led them all?
There have been suggestions - over the last year or so, before you jump to any conclusions - that Zarqawi was elevated not by insurgents/terrorists/AQ but by the US to put a face on terror.
