Is why some people don't WANT anything to change, and how events like this tend to bring them forward.
My question is entirely relevant to your point: If you agree that little is likely to change, then how can you accuse Democrats who say so of being anti-American? OTOH, if you disagree and think that things will change significantly in Iraq with Zarqawi's death, please explain why. That'll give you the chance to demonstrate, rather than just assert, that the people who think little will change are just making it up for partisan purposes. If they have points that are at least debatable, then what we have is an honest difference of opinion, not anti-Americanism.
Think about that a while.
