I was channel-surfing the cable news ghetto this morning, and caught Faux News's latest attempt at spin: The Republican Senators including Hastert really, really, really, didn't know a thing about Foley, and it was rogue staffers who engaged in a cover up, mass sacrificial firings to follow.

I wonder if Fox realizes how close they're skirting to disaster by admitting that there was a coverup. If trying to shift the blame to staffers doesn't stick, Hastert and the other Republican leaders are well and truly hosed.
