it appears that someone had the IM's and created the opportunity for the whole 'outing' to occur.

I wonder if sitting on such evidence and then timing its public release is in and of itself a crime?

I wouldn't be suprised if the Democrats DID launch the website that supposedly just happened to recieve the information about certain Republicans in Congess.

Did they break the law in obtaining the informormation? If so is it now so tainted that it can't even be used in a court of law?
