Did the DNC steal his private files and then release them to ABC News?

I seriously doubt the paige wanted them to come out... That is unless the paige was involved in a conspiracy to Defame a Congressman.

if he was involved in such a conspiracy, then he could be guilty of Libel.

Attempting to Frame a Congressman would clearly establish evidence of malice.

Public figure or not, if malice exists, then Libel can and does exist...
